This is it, The final part of the season. The season in which we have improved dramatically and found ourselves in 5th on goal difference with ten games left to go.
This could make or break this club. So lets get to it.
March 2027
There are only two games in March as we are out of all cup competitions.
Match 29 - Southampton (A) 4-2
Another star performance from Henrique as he bags a hattrick after Mora got us on our way with his first goal for the club. Keeping the pressure on the top 4.
Match 30 - Everton (H) 4-1
Back at home but the same pattern to the game. Henrique can not stop scoring goals and bagged himself a brace in this game too.
Mora got another and Jack Clarke finished off the scoring. A comfortable victory.
Not claiming a perfect month here but it was as good as. Pressure on the team above us whilst putting a few points between us and the teams below.
Henriques performance did not go unnoticed as he bags Player and Young Player of the Month for March.
We also received our Youth intake for the season, it was awful.
April 2027
This is going to be a huge month as we play 3 of the teams around us in the race for Europe. Starting with and I cant believe I am saying this a 6 pointer against Manchester City!
Match 31 - Manchester City (H) 2-0
Well, Well, Well what on earth do we have here?
A cagey first half saw no goals and little chances but the second half we exploded out of the blocks and Man City were on the back foot the whole half.
Goals from Jack Clarke and Enzo Ortega saw us overtake Man City into 4th place. Although they do have a game in hand.
Match 32 - Chelsea (A) 0-5
This league can be cruel. After a stunning display against City we are dismantled by Chelsea. This isn't the first time they have done this to us and sadly it probably wont be the last. They are just so so good.
Match 33- Leeds (H) 2-2
More dropped points as we concede twice against relegation threatened Leeds
Henrique had put us 1-0 up but we found ourselves 2-1 down with 15 mins to go. A poor challenge in the box gave Ryan Gauld, a late substitute to step up and grab his first goal of the season and rescue an all important point.
Match 34 - Brighton (A) 2-1
Back to winning ways and oh boy did we need it. Goals either side of half time for Henrique and Caballero saw us through. Another vital 3 points and here is why!

Match 35 - Tottenham (A) 1-3
Not what we needed at the crucial time of the season. We fell behind early and were 2-0 after 43 minutes.
A Henrique goal in first have stoppage time saw a glimmer of hope but as we pushed hard for an equaliser we were caught on the break. More points dropped.
The month started spectacularly with a huge win against Man City. Europa League football is confirmed but disappointing defeats to Chelsea and Spurs has put some serious pressure on the last three games of the season.
May 2027
To make the loss to Spurs worse, Man City had beaten Liverpool at Anfield to take 4th spot from us. Huge pressure is now on!
Match 36 - Aston Villa (H) 3-1
We played the first half like it was the most important game of the season. Very cagey and very tentative. I few strong words at half time and the second half was a different case. Two goals from Contento and a another from Guendouzi secures the 3 points.
Back level on points with City with two games to go. We are in a a genuine race for the top 4.
Match 37 - Sheffield United (A) 1-0
Another must win game and we battered the home team without reward. Chance after chance went by until finally Rhys Williams popped up with a bullet header from a freekick to grab his first goal of the season and put us back into 4th.
After the game i checked on the City result as they were away to already crowned champions Man United.......
ADVANTAGE WYCOMBE!
We go into the final game of the season sat in 4th place 3 points clear of City in 5th. We avoid defeat to Newcastle in the last game of the season as we are a Champions League team.
Match 38 - Newcastle United (H)
This is it, avoid defeat and we finish in 4th. We had lost the away game to Newcastle earlier on in the season and were keen to avenge this loss. We got off to a poor start as Adama Traore burst through the defence as only he can and finished well. 0-1 after 23 minutes.
It was even worse before half time as Coskun put through his own net after a deflection cannoned off of him. 0-2 at Half time.
Man City winning 1-0 against Arsenal at half time means we are demoted to 5th on goal difference.
The second half needed a injection of quality, Up step Marcelo Henrique. He latched on to a wonderful reverse pass by Almada to slot home with ease. 2-1 after 46 mins.
5 minutes later we were back on level terms and its that man Henrique again. Jack Clarke picks the ball up clips a ball over the defenders head and anther cool finish. 2-2 after 51 mins. Back into 4th spot!!
DISASTER. We concede again, a poor goal to concede as we are beaten by a free kick straight off of the training ground. 3-2 after 61 minutes.
We needed to go again as we saw the unlikely Champions League dream drift away.
An underrated player in this team so far this season has been Jack Clarke. Scores goals and gets assists constantly and possibly the most important goal he will ever score.
The goal was made after a fantastic counter attack involving Almada, Henrique and finally Contento who drilled a wonderful ball across the box for Clarke to tap in at the far post. 3-3 after 64 mins and back into 4th.
The game slowed down after this and game management was in full effect. We had a late Contento goal disallowed for offside but Newcastle couldn't recover from the comeback.
So, This happened.
League Table
One Season reward was received at the club.
Marcelo Henrique won the English Young Player of the Year aware after scoring an incredible 18 goals in 19 games since signing in January.
What a season. Champions League football will be heading to the new look Adams Park.
